Love this b&b spotless rooms, very comfy bed great owners. Breakfast is excellent quality. Great Sea views from certain rooms. Highly recommended. Great for couple's free parking.

just spent a lovely weekend in Skegness.first time we had been there we stayed at the balmoral B/B and i must say what a lovely welcome we got from Ian. he explained so much to us and was so helpful. the B/B is spotless and the full english is so yummy. definately go again

Just got back from a weekend away as part of a birthday treat for my daughter. Fabulous room with en-suite and sea view and great location. Lovely breakfast cooked by Alison and served by Ian who is a great host. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back.

We have been staying at the Balmoral Hotel for quite a few years now and we love it! We always receive a warm welcome, the whole place is spotlessly clean and Ian serves an amazing breakfast perfectly cooked by Alison!! We would highly recommend the Balmoral if you are looking for a quiet, friendly, comfortable place to stay which is close to all you would need in Skegness!! We would give this place 10 + stars if we could!!
